Description

The metal detectable cable tie mounts are added with metal particles, which can be detected by a metal detector equipment. Even small fragments can be detected. It can mainly solve the problem of pollutants and foreign bodies entering the process in food industry, beverage industry, pharmaceutical and medical industry. The metal detectable cable tie mounts comply with the National Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements.

    1. Cut 3 mm piece from the head, body and tail of a cable tie as test samples.
    2. Put one piece of sample on a Styrofoam with a thickness of 25 mm and pass it through the metal detector.
    3. The cable tie is deemed to pass the test if the samples from its head, body and tail are all detected by the metal detector.
