The GIT-703 is a tie installation tool that can install ties from 0.10 to 0.19 inch in width. The tie gun uses a connecting rod to stretch and cut the ties. It provides stability for the user's different fastening needs and can be adjusted from 18 to 50 pounds of tension.

The GIT-703 allows setting tensions from 18 to 50 pounds to secure on the proper wire harness without being too tight or too loose. Once the set tension is reached, the GIT-703 automatically cuts off the excess tie with a smooth and flat cut.

It has been tested for cutting durability for 200,000 cycles and the cutting blades are made of super-hard steel with a Rockwell hardness of HRC52. So, it is not only convenience your work, but also save your time.

Besides, this tool gun is ergonomically designed so that workers can use it for a long time and protect their wrists from injury. For employers, it can save valuable labor costs.

This GIT-703 has been patented by many countries.

Repair

Problem Solving

  1. Check and remove any object that interfere the operation
  2. If the trigger is still jammed, please contact your distributor or local seller.

  • Unable to cut the cable tie
  1. Check the chart for cable tie spec against torque value.
  2. If cable tie is over-tightening, adjust the knob to lower the torque.
  3. If cable tie is not tightening enough, adjust the knob to raise the torque.
  4. Open the blade cover and check if the blade is correctly installed.
  5. If the blade is damaged, please replace the blade.
  6. If the blade is not damaged and unable to operate, please contact the your distributor or local seller.
