The Usage and Installation of Cable Tie Mounts
It is important to use the Cable Tie Mount to secure the cable and prevent the cable from shaking and bouncing all over the place. Due to frequent friction, cable may loosen or damage easily, which may affect the performance of the expensive module and electronic system.
Adhesive back fixed function are designed for pasting on a wide range of surfaces, including plastics, woods, cement walls, and metals. This back sticker will hold it in place. Moreover, for strengthen the stability, drilling the screw is also a choice.

The following video shows the installation and effect of the zip tie mounts:
- First, you can tear off the sticker on the back of the cable tie mount by hand, and put the cable tie mount on a suitable position. Adhesive can help make mount stick to the position we want.
- Second, take a screw and pass it through the hole by hand in the middle of the bottom of the mount.
- Third, use an electric drill or screwdriver to tighten the screws, which can make the mount more firmly.
- Fourth, pick up the cable tie and pass it through the hole at the bottom of the mount. There is a hole in each of the four directions of the mounting base. You can choose to pass from left to right, or from front to back.
- Finally, fasten the cable wires and the zip tie together, and it’s done!
